Abbott, Simses & Kuchler Hosts Firm-Wide Trial Preparation Seminar

On two recent dates, Charles Abbott, a shareholder in the New Orleans office, hosted a Trial Advocacy seminar for the Firm's associates and paralegals which explored the fundamental trial preparation strategies and skills. Mr. Abbott's seminar examined the necessary background work utilized in preparing expert witness trial binders, the contents of a direct and cross examination outline, and organization of documentary and demonstrative evidence, including deposition transcripts and any expert reports or scientific articles written by or relied upon by the expert.

 

Charles Abbott practices in the areas of general civil, toxic tort, and environmental litigation. He received his J.D. and B.C.L.S. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2002, and his B.A., cum laude, from Millsaps College in 1999.
