Abbott, Simses & Kuchler is pleased to announce that David Hardwicke, Robert Kelly, Jr., Amy Maccherone, and Paul Lavelle have been elected as Senior Counsel in the firm. David Hardwicke is Senior Counsel in the Houston office. He practices in the area of toxic tort litigation. Mr. Hardwicke received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1978, and his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma in 1975. Robert Kelly, Jr. is Senior Counsel in the Houston office. He practices in the areas of toxic tort, personal injury and wrongful death, property damage, and commercial litigation. Mr. Kelly received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 1974, his M.B.A. from Golden Gate University in 1969, and his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1966. Amy Maccherone is Senior Counsel in the New Orleans office. She practices in the areas of toxic tort, environmental, products liability and general civil litigation, and class action defense. Ms. Maccherone received her J.D. from Villanova University in 1999, and her B.S. from Widener University in 1990. Paul Lavelle is Senior Counsel in the New Orleans office. He practices in the areas of toxic tort, environmental, products liability, construction, and general civil litigation. Mr. Lavelle received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 1981, and his B.S. from the University of Scranton in 1978.
