Abbott, Simses & Kuchler Diversity Committee Participates in the The First Tee of Greater New Orleans' Girls' Only Golf Camp at Stonebridge Country Club

On Friday, July 11, 2008, the Abbott, Simses & Kuchler Diversity Committee participated in the conclusion of The First Tee of Greater New Orleans' Girls' Only Golf Camp at Stonebridge Country Club. The Firm sponsored the Girls' Only Golf Camp, distributed pink golf balls and hosted an inspirational session with the girls in which some of the areas leading female judges participated.  United States Magistrate Karen Roby, Civil District Court Judge Rose Ledet and Civil District Court Judge Tiffany Chase joined Deb Kuchler and Chrissie Changho Bruneau of the Firm, and Jeanne Duhe, CPA, in speaking with the girls about career paths for women. The girls reciprocated with a skit on the nine core values they had learned during the camp, including courtesy, judgment, confidence, responsibility, perseverance, honesty, integrity, sportsmanship and respect.

Abbott, Simses & Kuchler supports the mission of The First Tee to create affordable and accessible golf facilities, character-development and life-enhancing values with a strong emphasis on serving area youth of all races and economic backgrounds who have not had access or exposure to the game of golf.
