Deborah D. Kuchler Elected to Membership in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel

Abbott, Simses & Kuchler is pleased to announce that Deborah D. Kuchler has been elected to membership in the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. 

The Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel is an international organization established to further the principles of knowledge, justice and fellowship. Membership is limited and highly selective.  Members are practicing attorneys who are actively engaged in the private practice of law and devote a substantial amount of their professional time to the representation and defense of associations or corporations in civil litigation. Current membership is slightly over 1,400 and includes members from each of the United States, plus Australia, Canada, Europe, Puerto Rico and other areas.

 

Deborah Kuchler is a shareholder in the New Orleans office. She manages dockets of complex civil litigation in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas involving the defense of chemical and particulate exposures, pharmaceutical litigation, mass tort litigation, product liability, premises liability, and hearing loss. 

Ms. Kuchler received her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 1985, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Review and graduated in the top 10% of her class. She received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of New Orleans in 1980.
