Paul Lavelle of the New Orleans Office provided valuable technical updates regarding the new Federal Rules concerning Electronic Discovery at the 23rd Annual Defense Lawyer's Seminar at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans. After discussing the application of the new Federal Rules on Electronic Discovery, Mr. Lavelle participated in a panel discussion with United States Magistrate Judge Sally Shushan and LSU law professor Frank Marist to discuss the applicability of the new rules. He practices in the areas of toxic tort, environmental, products liability, construction, and general civil litigation. Mr. Lavelle received his J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 1981, and his B.S. from the University of Scranton in 1978. |
