André Maillho is an Associate in the Covington office. He practices in the areas of toxic tort, products liability, class action, and general civil litigation. Mr. Maillho received his J.D. and Certificate of Civil Law from Tulane University School of Law in 2003, and his B.A. from Louisiana State University in 1994. Charlotte Livingston is an Associate in the New Orleans office. She practices in the areas of toxic tort, environmental, and products liability litigation. Ms. Livingston received her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 2000, and her B.A. from University of New Orleans. Kendra Duay is an Associate in the New Orleans office. She practices in the areas of toxic tort, environmental, products liability, and general civil litigation. Ms. Duay received her J.D. from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1998, and her B.A., cum laude, from University of New Orleans in 1994. Lou Anne Gwartney is an Associate in the Covington office. She practices in the areas of toxic tort, casualty, commercial, and products liability litigation, and class action defense. Ms. Gwartney received her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1995, and her B.A. from Tulane University in 1989.
