NATHAN MICHAEL SWINGLEY is an associate with the Jackson office of Abbott, Simses & Kuchler. His primary practice area is general civil litigation.

Mr. Swingley completed his undergraduate education at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana in 1997 where he majored in English Writing with a minor in Biological Sciences. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University School of Law--Indianapolis in 2001. In 2008, Mr. Swingley earned an LL.M in taxation from Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Swingley was previously a deputy prosecutor in Indianapolis for five years where he was responsible for the prosecution of major felony cases. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Indiana and Mississippi.

A native to Selma, Indiana, Mr. Swingley currently resides in Jackson.
