MICHAEL H. ABRAHAM is an associate with Abbott, Simses & Kuchler and works in the Firm's New Orleans office. Mr. Abraham graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. He attended Loyola University School of Law and earned his J.D. degree in 1994.

Mr. Abraham practices in the areas of Toxic Tort Litigation focusing on Products and Premises Liability claims, Environmental Law, Commercial Litigation and General Civil Litigation. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, (1998) and all Louisiana State Courts. He is a member of the Louisiana State and Federal Bar Associations.Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Abraham served as a staff attorney with the Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriff's Office where he assisted Sheriff Charles C. Foti, Jr. with various projects ranging from criminal issues to prison conditions. Mr. Abraham also worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Orleans Parish and was responsible for the prosecution of felony cases and the presentment of cases to the grand jury. After his work at the District Attorney's Office, he practiced predominantly in the areas of Insurance Defense, Products Liability, Personal Injury, and Toxic Tort. Today, Mr. Abraham handles a demanding, complex civil litigation caseload throughout Louisiana, specializing in the defense of Toxic Torts, Mass Tort Litigation, Products Liability, and Premises Liability.

Mr. Abraham resides in Mandeville, Louisiana, with his wife and two children.
