JONIQUE MARTIN HALL is an associate with Abbott, Simses & Kuchler at the Firm’s New Orleans office. Mrs. Hall received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1998, majoring in Sociology. In 2002, she received her law degree, cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Mrs. Hall is admitted to practice in Louisiana State and Federal Courts. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the New Orleans Bar Association.

She practices in the areas of Toxic Tort Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Products Liability, Premises Liability and General Civil Litigation. Prior to joining Abbott, Simses & Kuchler, Mrs. Hall maintained an active General Civil Litigation Practice. She has also served as a Judicial Law Clerk in New Orleans Civil District Court.

Mrs. Hall resides in the New Orleans metropolitan area with her husband, Michael and their daughter, Bailey.
