JEVAN S. FLEMING is an associate with Abbott, Simses & Kuchler at the Firm's New Orleans office. Ms. Fleming completed her undergraduate education at the University of New Orleans where she received an academic scholarship to study abroad at the Collège des Jésuites. In 1996, she received her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Ms. Fleming is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana. She is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

While attending law school, Ms. Fleming was a student member of the Southern University Administrative and Civil Law Clinic where she represented underprivileged clients in diverse areas of civil law.

She currently practices in the areas of Toxic Tort Litigation, Products Liability, and General Civil Litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Fleming practiced predominantly in the areas of Toxic Tort Litigation and Insurance Defense.
