AMY L. MACCHERONE, Senior Counsel with Abbott, Simses & Kuchler, graduated from Widener University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She joined the firm in 1999 after receiving her law degree from Villanova University School of Law.

Ms. Maccherone is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Louisiana, and Texas and before all Federal Courts in New Jersey and Louisiana. She practices in the areas of Environmental Law, Toxic Tort Litigation, Class Action Defense, Products Liability, and General Civil Litigation.

Ms. Maccherone is currently managing an active litigation docket of premises liability and products liability claims. Her practice includes the defense of chemical facilities in the Gulf Coast region. She is also actively participating in the defense of cases involving FDA regulated blood products. In addition, she is a member of the Firm's Hiring Committee.

Ms. Maccherone is a native of Mantua, New Jersey and currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.
